We will blow a kiss (under our masks of course) or a distanced hug.
Please come alone - no pets, groups of friends or lots of bags and personal belongings for now!
We have to stagger clients entering and leaving the premises.
We will take your temperature on arrival, get you to sanitise your hands, pop foot covers on your shoes or simply remove them and feel at home.
Make sure you are wearing your mask until you get to the treatment room, if you haven’t got one you can have one of ours!
Then off to the toilet to wash your hands - we will then get you to sit and fill out a wellness form with a drink of water and all checks have been completed!
At the moment, though we love seeing you, we are asking people not to just drop in.
Call or email for appointments or products and we can get them in the post for you.
Card details must be given to secure and pay for appointments so no need to bring your purse or wallet!
There is a 30 minute turn around between appointments - this will give us time to clean all rooms and minimise crossover of clients in waiting areas.
We pride ourselves on keeping Skin Matters clean and fresh for you and our team but mostly to maintain our calm, relaxed atmosphere for you during this particularly stressful period.
